We all grow up saying that "life is too hard," but in reality, life isn’t that hard. It is the most beautiful gift that we’ve received from the universe, but we end up making it so hard and difficult.
Okay, then let me tell you how.
I’m was a kind of girl for whom saying "no" is a big deal, whenever people came to me they came for their own selfish reasons and whenever they’ve asked me for a favour I’ve always helped them but when it’s my turn when I need someone I absolutely found no one.
Yes no one for helping me and it always broke me into tears and I’ve cried really hard but still I’ve never refused to help anyone because I was not able to say the shortest word "no" when I want too.
I was not able to gather enough courage to say no when I want to and trust me people really took advantage of my kindness and it has literally driven me insane for years.
But then my experience helped me to gather the courage to say no to the things that I don’t wanna do and it has helped me in living a stress free and a simple but beautiful life, and trust me saying no to things that you don’t wanna do gives the best feeling ever.
We all want to live a luxurious life, right? We all want a big house, an expensive car, money, and a happy family, and then we start working on the process in order to achieve our goals.
There’s nothing wrong with aiming to have a luxurious and beautiful life, but eventually things go wrong when you start comparing your journey with others.
Specially in the era of digitalization, on social media we found that everyone is living a perfect life; people who are younger or even older are all making money and living a luxurious and successful life, and then it drives us to doubt our own abilities, which hinders our development, productivity, and progress.
Eventually, it leads us towards depression, anxiety, and sometimes death.
We are all different; we all have different capabilities and different experiences.
Rather than comparing and competing with others, we must work on how to be a better person every single day; we must count our blessings and try to use those blessings to make our lives much more meaningful and simple.
And the most important thing is how we can help others in any way because it’ll always fill our hearts with peace and happiness.
