THE SHOW MUST GO ON- Ujjainee

The phrase "the show must go on" is a well-known mantra in the world of performing arts, and in general too. It refers to the idea that no matter what happens, the performance or life must continue. It has become a symbol of resilience, perseverance, and determination in the world. This phrase has been used to inspire generic people, artists, athletes, and even business leaders to never give up and keep pushing forward despite obstacles one faces in a certain time of their lives.

The origins of this phrase can be traced back to the 19th century, when traveling theater companies would encounter all kinds of challenges on the road, such as bad weather, accidents, and illnesses. Despite these setbacks, they would always find a way to keep the show going, even if it meant performing in less-than-ideal conditions or improvising on the spot.

Over time, "the show must go on" has come to represent not just the world of theater, but also the broader idea that we should never give up on our dreams or goals, no matter what obstacles we may face. It reminds us that setbacks are a natural part of life, and that we should not let them defeat us. Instead, we should use them as opportunities to learn, grow, and become stronger.

School plays were available to teach students about acting and collaboration when I was a child. They are, nevertheless, not immune to disasters. The lead actor in one school's Peter Pan production became ill and couldn't continue to perform. Instead of canceling the production, the producer and other actors collaborated to change the script to have different actors play the lead. As a result, the event was a success, and everyone involved gained valuable experience.

In our daily lives we can use this motto as well. We have the option to be resilient and determined in the face of a severe personal issue, an obstacle in our job, or a worldwide calamity. We can recognise the challenges ahead of ourselves, but we must not allow these to define us or prevent us from achieving our objectives. Instead, we should concentrate on what we are able to influence and take little steps towards our goals every day.

Of course, saying this is simpler than doing it. When we face problems or setbacks, it might be tempting to quit up and allow fear or self-doubt to dominate us. Nevertheless, if we make up our mind to be stable and to always look for the win and positives in every situation, we can overcome the most difficult circumstances with best results.

In conclusion "The show must go on" is not something which is fancy to hear, it should be followed throughout. It is a powerful reminder of the human capacity for resilience and determination to go ahead in life. It encourages us to keep going regardless of the odds appearing impossible to overcome, as well as to refrain from giving up on our aspirations. We may accomplish amazing things that become the greatest versions of ourselves if we apply this motto to our own lives.
